The action of mapping and highlighting the local producers, processors and sellers of local products of Andros is a sub-project of the “100 steps of food and memory” action of the Andros Research Center. The action was supported by the Ministry of Culture, Directorate of Modern Cultural Heritage and its aim is to support and highlight the agro-food tradition of Andros and local producers.
