The Cycladic Identity initiative aims to contribute to the protection of the cultural and natural heritage of the Cycladic islands and to leave a positive impact on the daily lives of local communities, by supporting the implementation of actions for the preservation, restoration, and promotion of their Cycladic identity.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d489f4a elementor-widget-mobile__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d489f4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"656\"><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"1003\">The plain of Livadia in Andros is one of the few flat and exceptionally fertile landscapes of the island, rich in lemon trees, cypresses, and a variety of citrus fruits. Walled farms, traditional irrigation systems, and the presence of the \u201cGreat River\u201d compose a unique rural micro-society with significant historical and environmental value.<\/p><p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1257\">The action is carried out with the valuable collaboration of the <strong data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1114\">Cultural Association of Livadia<\/strong> and focuses on highlighting this special heritage and the biodiversity of the area through modern tools of documentation and interpretation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-end=\"827\">audio guide<\/strong> with 15 points of interest along the circular walking route, including historical information and excerpts from residents\u2019 testimonies.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1160\"><p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1160\">Developing a <strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1017\">digital smartphone app (Android)<\/strong> with location-based activation, introducing visitors to traditional cultivation practices and the contemporary reality of the Andriot lemon.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
